Remodelling the river bank 2


Still no sign of any grass but maybe it's too early.  At the moment I can't imagine how it's going to be during the summer.

Shop window


This building will have been a shop in medieval times.  It has the typical window opening through which goods would have been sold.  The doorway was beside it, now blocked off.

Remodelling the river bank 1


The remodelling of the river bank to prevent erosion.  The grass has all but disappeared but it seems they are replanting some trees.

Trees with a haircut


A great deal of work has been done on the trees by the river over the winter.
